On Exhibit


Beginning with a reception on Sunday, March 18, 2pm at the Port Angeles Fine Art Center in Port Angeles WA:
"Home is Where the HeArt Is"
This is the latest in the yearly series, Strait Art, which refers to the Strait of Juan de Fuca, the body of water that connects the Pacific Ocean to the inland waters of the Puget Sound. A group of artists were chosen from Clallam and Jefferson counties to participate in this exhibition.
Two of my pieces were accepted into this show. On the left, "Message From Mamaki" is a monotype print with collage on black paper. The image is 4.25 in. x 5.5 in.
Below is "Dream Vision", it is a monotype with chine collé on black paper. The image is 6 in. x 8 in. This piece is $210. matted and framed with glass.

Hi Lee,
I thought I would write something to get you interested in writing and posting more. I think the gray background is kind of dark. But that matches a lot of your artwork tones. Don't "they" say it's easier to look at things (colors, etc) against a light background?
I almost started a blog tonight. But I have to think about what to call it and what I want to put in the description. I'll let you know when I actually start it.
